There are a couple of minor differences this time around. I went with a few of the old Panasonic style metal film capacitors. They're just as good as any of the modern ones, and I thought they looked cool, if I'm being honest. I also ended up having to go with a couple of the new "blue" Schottky diodes as I ran out of the orange / red ones.
Assembly follows the normal star ground process I've used for my other builds, and as you can see this is serial number 3 and 4.
Serial number 1 is in my personal collection - I honestly really like the sound of the pedal. Serial number 2 ended up going to my guitar teacher (I know... nepotism!)
The front of the enclosure, knobs, and other fittings are identical to the previous builds. I honestly love the look of this particular build, and will maintain this style going forward.
Of course Steggo is quite proud of this release, so he had to show them off personally. Unfortunately the room was a little dark, so he's looking a bit stealth, but I hope his enthusiasm shows through! These are for sale at $119 with free shipping on the Reverb shop, or you can contact me here!
